Employees of the employment service in Sevastopol were presented with awards on their professional holiday
CrimeaPRESS reports:
The employment center still has room to develop, grow, and improve. At the same time, you have done a lot during this time. And today, in the Year of the Family, I would like to wish that our “family” continues to grow and develop– the press service of the Government of Sevastopol quotes Elena Sulyagina.
Currently, the Sevastopol Employment Center employs 82 employees, half of them have been working for more than 10 years, and two employees have been working for 33 years since its foundation. The staff of the Employment Center is a close-knit and well-coordinated group of professionals, ready to help every resident who contacts them.
Employment service employees help job seekers and employers meet, strive for the best, and find a calling. They are dedicated to their work and always strive to provide personalized and comprehensive assistance to citizens and employers who contact them.
Let us remind you that in 2024 the Employment Center in Sevastopol will be modernized as part of the national project “Demography”. The formats and approaches to the work of the employment center will change — it will become a modern, open and accessible institution. All services in the updated center will be provided on a one-stop-shop basis, taking into account the life situation of the applicant or the business situation of the employer. When contacting the employment service, job seekers and employers will be able to receive a comprehensive range of services with an individual approach: assistance in finding a suitable job or employees, free retraining, and starting your own business. This will reduce the time it takes for any applicant to find a suitable job. And employers, in turn, will be able to quickly conduct open mass selections, find a unique specialist, including in another region of the country, resolve the issue of temporary employment and recruiting employees for an investment project.
