Employees of the Rosreestr Office for the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol conduct training seminars and consultations

The Office of Rosreestr for the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol emphasizes:

Anyone can contact the employees of our Office for consultation on issues of interest; the schedule of consultations is published on the Office’s pages on social networks and on the Rosreestr website. Consultations are free of charge— says Alexey Dovgoruk, Deputy Head of the Rosreestr Office for the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol.

Thus, at the “My Business” center, Department employees held a training seminar for business communities on filing documents electronically. At the same time, in the “My Documents” office, employees held consultations for applicants on the provision of Rosreestr services, during which applicants received recommendations on the following issues:

cadastral registration and state registration of property rights in the territory of the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol,
payment and refund of state duty,
registration of rights to real estate on the basis of housing certificates.

Also, employees of the Department took part in a seminar for cadastral engineers of the SRO “Cadastral Engineers of the South”. The seminar program included consideration of legislative changes in cadastral activities, analysis of the implementation of pilot projects in Crimea and Sevastopol, and many others.

The head of the department for correcting registry errors, Dmitry Antipov, clarified the procedure for correcting registry errors in the territory of Crimea and Sevastopol.

We inform you that the next consultations for citizens will be held on November 9, 2023 from 09:00 to 11:00 at the MFC at the address: Sevastopol, ave.
