December within the walls of the cultural and information center of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia for the city of Sevastopol held a solemn meeting dedicated to the professional holiday of employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia — the Day of the Rescuer.
