Employees of the Sevastopol Rescue Service trained to eliminate emergency situations
CrimeaPRESS reports:
Training camps for employees of the Sevastopol Rescue Service took place from October 23 to 26. To maintain the readiness of rescuers, emergency response drills were conducted. During the classes, rescuers from the search and rescue units “North” and “South” practiced interaction with firefighters during rescue operations during a fire, and deployed a fire crew.
The event is held as part of the training of rescuers to carry out fire fighting work; this is training in the algorithm of actions and the correct response in the interaction of rescuers and firefighters. We are not standing still, the service is developing, and we hope that in the near future our rescuers will be able to pass certification to carry out fire rescue operations— the press service of the Government of Sevastopol quotes the head of the Sevastopol Rescue Service Anatoly Popov.
The head of the guard at the Ternovka fire and rescue unit, Klimenty Martyanov, shared the details of the practical training.
In these classes, we show how firefighters work, our specialized equipment, and the algorithm of actions. On real calls, when rescuers come to help, they do not always understand how to act correctly in a given situation, since our range of work is different. We are trying to learn how to work harmoniously together with rescuers, and then the efficiency of work will increase significantly,” emphasizes Klimenty Martyanov.
Let us remind you that the Sevastopol Rescue Service works around the clock. In case of unforeseen situations, please call: 112, 54-33-97, +7 (978) 062-46-11, +7 (978) 377-74-21.
