Employees of the State Traffic Inspectorate of Yalta identified a driver with arrears of fines for 36 thousand rubles

According to the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Republic of Crimea, during the verification of documents, inspectors found that the owner of the car had an unpaid tax debt in excess of 36,000 rubles.

The State Traffic Inspectorate of Crimea recalls that evasion of paying a fine entails an administrative offense under Part 1 of Art. 20.25 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation, where the judicial authorities decide to impose a penalty in the form of an administrative fine in the amount of two times the amount of the unpaid administrative fine, or administrative arrest for up to 15 days, or compulsory labor for up to 50 hours.
