“Energy of the South”: the Healthy Lifestyle Festival starts in Simferopol and Sevastopol

On September 9, 2023, the annual Health Festival “Energy of the South” begins, which will be held in three southern Russian cities – Simferopol, Sevastopol and Krasnodar. Thousands of participants from different cities will be able to take part in free daily sports training, creative activities, literary readings, as well as attend master classes on ecology and lectures on proper nutrition. Participation is possible after mandatory registration on the official website of the festival pro.rncb.ru.

Already on the first day of the festival, you will be able to attend a class in classical yoga, badminton, table tennis, streetball, mini-football, go for stretching or a Zumba dance master class. Please note that sporting events usually take place in the morning, and educational lectures and master classes in the afternoon. Participants will be able to try themselves as a photographer at a photography master class or as an artist at a drawing master class, as well as attend a lesson on financial literacy or a lecture on ecology. The festival will last 21 days — it is during this period that new healthy habits are formed,” say the organizers.
