Entrepreneur from the town. Kirovskoe owes more than 400 thousand rubles in loan payments. The bailiffs intervened

Entrepreneur and resident of the town. Kirovskoe took out loans from several banking institutions in the amount of 369 thousand rubles for her business needs, but was unable to pay off her debt obligations on time.

Representatives of creditors filed a lawsuit against citizen G. and, according to the decision made, she was ordered to repay the debt in full. In turn, an entrepreneur from the town. Kirovskoe considered that the implementation of the court decision could be delayed. As a result, employees of the bailiff department in the Kirov and Sovetsky districts initiated enforcement proceedings against citizen G., which were subsequently combined into consolidated enforcement proceedings. The debtor also decided to ignore the legal demands of the enforcement officers. For untimely execution of the court decision, the bailiffs of the department issued a ruling against the debtor to collect an enforcement fee in the amount of 47 thousand rubles. However, the resident of Kirovsky decided to continue accumulating debts. In order to encourage citizen G. to fulfill her obligations to creditors, employees of the bailiff department in the Kirov and Sovetsky districts checked the property status of the debtor and established that she owned a land plot and a vehicle, which were immediately prohibited from performing registration actions. However, citizen G. was in no hurry to repay debts on loan payments— the details of the story were announced in the press service of the GUFSSP of Russia for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol.

Then the bailiffs of the department warned the debtor that they would soon go to her residence address to seize the property belonging to citizen G. Realizing the seriousness of the situation, the debtor entrepreneur found the necessary funds in a short time and paid the outstanding loan payments, taking into account the execution fee, in full to the branch’s deposit account. Enforcement proceedings ended with actual execution.
