Entrepreneurs illegally working on the beaches are “caught” on the South Coast

CrimeaPRESS reports:

In the settlements of the South Coast, raids and inspections related to the control of entrepreneurial activity are carried out regularly.

We continue to work on the beach areas — we stop illegal business activities, which are launched even under the «curtain» of the high season. The corresponding tasks were set by the Minister of Resorts and Tourism of the Crimea, Vadim Alexandrovich Volchenko , — said Sergey Bannov, Deputy Head of the Yalta Administration.

According to the official, Anna Sumbayeva, head of the Yalta administration’s resort department for resorts, employees of the municipal control department, heads of territorial bodies and other responsible persons are also involved in the raids.

During the next raid, which took place on August, the Yalta administration notes, 5 administrative protocols were drawn up against negligent entrepreneurs, and 2 catamarans were moved from Rusalka beach in Miskhor for safekeeping.

I would like to thank my colleagues, Deputy Head of the Administration Igor Krasiy and Head of the Koreiz Territorial Authority Ramil Mursakayev, for their efficiency in this matter. Now, if the owner wants to return his property, he will have to pay not only an administrative fine, but also our costs for moving and storing , — said Sergey Bannov.

Despite the end of the high holiday season, raids on the beach areas will continue, and urged entrepreneurs to work exclusively within the framework of the current legislation.
