Even if you are driving a KAMAZ, follow the traffic rules. A cautionary tale from Yalta

Employees of the State Traffic Inspectorate of Yalta brought to administrative responsibility the driver who committed a gross violation of traffic rules.
Previously, a user published material on social networks in which the driver of a KAMAZ vehicle in Yalta on the street. Sechenov violated the Traffic Rules by driving in violation of the requirements of the prohibitory sign “3.1.”, thereby violating clause 1.3 of the Russian Traffic Regulations— they told (and showed the video) at the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Crimea.
The offender (KAMAZ driver) turned out to be a local resident, born in 1960. Administrative material has been drawn up against the man under Part 1, Art. 12.15 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (“Failure to comply with the requirements prescribed by road signs or road markings”). The sanction provides for the imposition of an administrative fine on the driver in the amount of 500 rubles. “It’s a small thing,” but it’s unpleasant…
