Evening accident in Crimean village – two mopeds collided. One person died

The employees of the State Traffic Inspectorate of the Krasnogvardeisky District are establishing the circumstances of a fatal accident that occurred in the evening (at 19:34) in the Crimean village of Muskatnoye. There, on Gagarin Street, two mopeds collided.

The driver, born in 1972, driving a Delta moped, for unknown reasons drove into the oncoming traffic lane, where he collided with an Alpha moped driven by a minor, born in 2008; both participants in the accident did not have a driving license.

As a result of the traffic accident, the driver of the Delta moped was fatally injured, the minor driver of the Alpha moped was injured and taken to a medical facility— the State Traffic Safety Inspectorate reported.

The police are conducting an investigation.
