Evening accident in the Simferopol region. Kids driving… it's dangerous

The night before (at 21:08) in the Simferopol region there was an accident, all participants of which were minors. And the circumstances of this accident are “talking”. According to the traffic police, everything happened in the village of Malenkoe, on Shkolnaya Street. But jokes aside, two teenagers are hospitalized.

A 17-year-old driver of a VAZ 2108 car, moving from the side of the street. Frunze in the direction of st. Student, on the street. Shkolnaya, near d. 27, allowed to enter the lane intended for oncoming traffic, where he collided with a KAYO pit bike driven by a driver born in 2006. As a result of the accident, the 17-year-old driver and 16-year-old passenger of the pit bike were injured and taken to a medical facility.— reported in the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Republic of Crimea.

Police officers were at the scene, and the circumstances are being investigated. The prosecutor’s office has already taken the course of the check under special control.

During the inspection, all the circumstances of the incident will be established, an assessment will be made of the fulfillment of the requirements of the legislation on road safety, as well as in the field of neglect and prevention of juvenile delinquency— noted in the supervisory department.
