Every day, Sevastopol residents send more than 80 appeals using the Feedback platform «State Services.

The feedback platform “State Services. We School Together” is intended to simplify the communication of citizens with state institutions. According to Vladimir Zasechnikov, Deputy Head of the State Services Department of the Digital Development Department of Sevastopol, about 30 thousand appeals were recorded last year, and more than 17 thousand were already over the first half of 2025. At the same time, the average period for processing calls was reduced from 10 to 8 days.
We see an increase in the number of appeals. Popular topics are roads, housing and communal services, improvement and garbage collection. On average, more than 80 calls per day come— said the specialist.
The convenience of using the Feedback platform “State Services. We are talking together” was noted by the townspeople themselves. So, a resident of Sevastopol Anna Kostyuk shared her experience of filing an online application when she reported a breakdown of slides and benches in the Komsomol park.
I decided to send an appeal to the application. Just three minutes it took. We came a week later, and there they already repaired everything. With the help of the platform, I still took part in the vote for the improvement of squares. I made my choice and now in our area it was landscaped in the area— said Anna.
Recall that the platform “State Services. We School Together” allows you to send appeals through different channels: the public service portal, a mobile application, an official website or a state -sized department of the responsible department. In addition, experts in any of the MFC will help to draw up an application.
