Every fifth Crimean feels guilty before his employer for the decision to quit.

CrimeaPRESS reports:

Among the many rumors about Generation Z, there is a persistent myth that modern young people have no problem changing their employer to another, that they do not worry about work at all. However SuperJob I found out that this is not entirely true. The least likely feelings of guilt are experienced not by zoomers, but by those who are now over 45 years old. Representatives of the economically active population who had experience of quitting at their own request took part in the survey.

75% of Crimean residents do not feel guilty before their employer for their decision to resign of their own free will: “Only a feeling of relief,” “I lost my peace of mind and friendly relations.”

Every fifth city resident (21%) said that he felt embarrassed in front of his employer for wanting to leave the company. Women shared such memories more often than men (26 and 16%, respectively).

Anxiety when being fired is more typical of generation Y (25% of respondents aged 25-35). There are 20% of Zoomers who feel guilty about being fired. City dwellers over 45 years of age (15%) are least likely to worry.

Among those for whom the decision to leave the company is more often associated with worries are teaching staff, junior medical staff and salespeople.
