Every fifth employee in Crimea, becoming a boss, would increase his salary

SuperJob, a high-paying job search service, found out what steps Crimean residents would take first of all to motivate employees, becoming leaders. The survey involved economically active citizens working in line positions.
In the opinion of the residents of Crimea, the formulated job responsibilities are more important than salary increases: 24%, having taken the post of head, would clearly delineate the areas of responsibility of employees in the first days. 20% would raise salaries, 13% would introduce a system of bonuses and bonuses. 9% of townspeople would be engaged in improvement of working conditions in a role of the head. 7% and 6% of the respondents, respectively, would undertake to assess the personnel and organize training. To motivate staff, 3% of those surveyed would expand the compensation package. Measures such as dismissal of some employees and holding corporate events gained 1% of the votes.— noted in the press service of the service.
Having taken the place of the head, men would start with higher salaries, women with a clear delineation of responsibilities.
The higher the earnings of the respondents, the more often they are in favor of a clear distribution of responsibilities and the introduction of a bonus system, and less often they propose an increase in salaries and a revision of working conditions.
