Every fifth working Crimean does not have enough days of paid leave
CrimeaPRESS reports:
One in five workers needed unpaid leave over the past year. In a survey of a service for finding high-paying jobs SuperJob Employed representatives of the economically active population took part.
21% of Crimeans took unpaid leave during the calendar year: “For a wedding”; «For family reasons». Another 4% said that they needed several days at their own expense, but their employer refused to provide them. Labor law lawyer SuperJob explains: leave without pay is provided in agreement with management, but there are circumstances and categories of employees for whom the company has no right to refuse, — noted in the press service of the service.
City residents under the age of 34 are more likely to take unpaid leave (28%) compared to those who are older. The higher the income of respondents, the less often they use this opportunity (26% among respondents with an income of up to 50 thousand rubles and only 12% among those who earn over 100 thousand rubles per month).
