Every fourth Crimean believes: romantic relationships at work do not affect work

In a service survey SuperJob Representatives of companies and economically active citizens with work experience took part.
Among working Crimeans, 25% are convinced that romantic relationships between colleagues do not affect work in any way. 5% of respondents talk about positive aspects. 44% are confident that office romances with co-workers interfere with their work.
13% of city residents are neutral about office romances between subordinates and managers. Only 8% of respondents talk about the positive impact of such relationships. 51% criticize them.
City dwellers who have experience dating colleagues or managers more often claim that such relationships have a positive impact on their work life or, at least, do not interfere with the work process.
Among company representatives, every fifth person has a neutral attitude towards office romances between co-workers. One in ten people think they contribute to the cause. According to 52% of HR managers, romantic relationships between colleagues interfere with work.
Speaking about romance between managers and subordinates, 14% of respondents believe that such relationships do not affect the overall cause. Only 7% see them having a positive impact on their work. Office romances between subordinates and superiors are criticized more often than relationships between colleagues: 64% of HR managers left negative reviews.
