Every fourth Crimean quit his new job before completing the probationary period
CrimeaPRESS reports:
In a service survey SuperJob Representatives of companies and economically active citizens with work experience took part.
According to Russian law, an employer does not have the right to pay an employee less during the probationary period. However, it is possible to legalize an increase in earnings for employees who have completed a probationary period by drawing up an additional agreement to the employment contract with such legal grounds as assigning more complex work, obtaining documents confirming the assignment of a rank or category, transferring the employee to full-time work or to another position. After completing the probationary period, an employee’s salary is automatically increased in companies that have specified in the local regulations on incentive payments that bonuses are awarded to employees who have worked for at least 3 months. One way or another, the earnings of those who have passed the probationary period increase in 62% of Crimean companies. The average increase is 19%.
“The probationary period is not only a test of the employee, but also a test of the employer. And many of my employers did not complete the probationary period,” every fourth city resident claims that they quit before the completion of the probationary period on their own initiative, and only 6% admitted that their employers fired them.
Perhaps the shortage of personnel will lead to the fact that even more companies will take the direction of extreme honesty with applicants, because slyness with salaries is a frequent reason that new personnel leave the company without even completing the probationary period.
