CrimeaPRESS reports:
In the service surveys SuperJob Representatives of the economically active population with permanent employment and HR managers from Crimea took part.
In addition to their main job, every fourth Crimean (25%) also works part-time: 19% openly inform their employer about this, and 6% prefer to keep such information secret. According to the survey, respondents aged 35-44 (25%) and employees with an income of up to 50 thousand rubles (27%) are more likely to openly work part-time. Men and city residents with an income of over 100 thousand rubles are more likely to secretly combine their duties.— the service’s press service reported.
The concerns are not unfounded: every fourth employer (24%) does not approve of employees combining jobs in different places. Today, 54% of managers are neutral about part-time work, and another 13% are not at all against it.
