In a survey by a service for finding high-paying jobs SuperJob Male managers and representatives of the economically active population working under the leadership of a woman took part.
According to 24% of male managers, brunettes demonstrate higher efficiency in performing their professional duties compared to female colleagues with a different hair color. 10% of male managers are convinced of the increased productivity of blondes, and 9% believe that redheads are the best employees. However, every second manager (51%) found it difficult to give an unambiguous assessment: «The main thing is that they are literate»; «They change their hair color all the time!» — the service’s press service notes.
According to a survey of Crimeans working under female supervision, brunettes predominate among female bosses: 39% of respondents reported this. Every third respondent working under female supervision has a blonde boss (34%), and 9% have red hair.
