Every second applicant in Crimea refused employment after a successful interview

The top 3 reasons for refusal by employers are inconvenient schedules, low salaries and the availability of more lucrative job offers. In a survey of a service for finding high-paying jobs SuperJob Representatives of the economically active population from Crimea took part.
54% of Crimeans have refused a job at least once after a successful interview. 50% of respondents under 34 years of age and 57% of respondents over 35 years of age have experience of declining job offers. City residents with an income of 100 thousand rubles a month refuse employment more often than those who earn less,” noted the service’s press service.
The 5 most common reasons for declining job offers are inconvenient schedules (this reason was given by 21% of respondents who had to refuse a job), low salary (20%), availability of more lucrative offers from other companies (16%), inconsistency with the promises of the vacancy reality (12%) and the distance of work from the place of residence (10%).
