Every second Crimean citizen is not ready to lower salary expectations for the sake of remote work

In a service survey SuperJob Representatives of the economically active population from Crimea, who have the desire and potential ability to work remotely, took part.
53% of Crimeans do not want to reduce their salary expectations for the sake of remote work. “You should always go forward and never settle for less”; “The volume of work is not decreasing, so why reduce the cost of your labor yourself. Absolutely not! — respondents comment. Every sixth person is ready to lose up to 5% of their salary for the sake of a home office (17% of respondents). Reduce expectations by 10% — every ninth (11%). 10% are willing to agree to earn 15% less. Lose a fifth of your earnings — 4%, a quarter of your earnings — only 2%,” noted the service’s press service.
The number of those who will not lower their salary expectations increases with the age and income level of the respondents.
