Artificial intelligence today becomes an assistant to a doctor, and digital solutions expand the possibilities and save time, allowing the patient’s path in the clinic and save time as much as possible. It must be understood that the technologies of artificial intelligence, no matter how perfect they may be, will never replace the doctor.
However, digital assistants can significantly optimize the resources of medical personnel. The introduction of services such as supporting medical decisions implemented in “Be Healthy” as part of the “Smart Dispensation” project help to make a preliminary diagnosis based on the patient’s anamnesis and complaints, and suggest recommendations on the further examinations plan. The introduction of a quality control system for medical records made it possible to reduce the time for checking the protocols by 40% due to automated analysis. The widespread use of AI services ultimately opens up for patients access to new digital medicine opportunities— said the director of information technology of the network of the clinic «Be Healthy» Alexei Ostrosko.
