Every second Crimean knows how to defend his rights in disputes with the employer

Since 2010, we have been asking the Russians how they evaluate their knowledge of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation: over 15 years, awareness has improved, but in general there is still where to strive. Every second respondent knows the main provisions of the Labor Code and is ready to apply them to protect their interests. Representatives of the economically active population from all districts of the country, including from Crimea, took part in the survey of the Superjob service, including from Crimea— say service experts.

Every second economically active resident of Crimea (50%) knows the main provisions of the Labor Code and is ready to apply them to protect their interests. Another 35% are aware of their labor rights, but they believe that without the help of a lawyer they will not be able to defend them.

Respondents aged 35 to 45 assess their competence in matters of labor legislation higher than those who are younger and those who are older (52%). Among the townspeople with an income of 100 thousand rubles. Most of all those who know the main provisions of the Labor Code are able to defend their rights to the employer (55%).

15% said that they are not familiar with the norms of labor legislation: “I do not see the point of studying — the norms are still not respected”; «I have enough life experience.»
