Every second employee claims that the successful results of the team are important to him, 3 out of 10 — high personal indicators compared to colleagues. In a service survey SuperJob Representatives of the economically active population with experience working in a team took part.
50% of Crimeans claim that they are more worried about the success of the team. 29% admitted that they are primarily concerned with personal results. Moreover, the most individualists are among city dwellers under 34 years of age (35%). The older the respondents, the more important collective success is to them (56% among those over 45 years old). Most often, respondents earning more than 100 thousand rubles a month called themselves team players (57%),” noted the service’s press service.
Among representatives of common professional groups, nurses (77%), security guards (72%) and HR managers (65%) most often stated that they were worried primarily about the overall result. Personal success is most important to programmers (55%), purchasing specialists (50%) and marketers (47%).
