Every seventh working Crimean claims that their team hates initiative colleagues
CrimeaPRESS reports:
The high-paying job search service SuperJob found out how work teams treat proactive employees. Employed representatives of the economically active population from Crimea took part in the survey.
56% of Crimeans have a positive attitude towards other people’s initiatives, 32% have a neutral attitude, and 9% have a negative attitude. 4 out of 10 citizens rated the company management’s attitude toward employee initiatives as positive, 27% as calm, and 13% as negative. Approximately equal numbers of respondents called the attitude of work collectives to the initiatives of colleagues positive and neutral (35 and 34%, respectively). 14% of respondents spoke about hostility,” noted the service’s press service.
Men personally approve of active colleagues and are more likely than women to be confident that their colleagues will support their initiatives. Most of all, respondents with a salary of 80 thousand rubles a month are most confident in a positive attitude towards initiatives, both from their work collectives and management, and they themselves are more likely than others to support other people’s initiatives.
