Every third Crimean wrote a letter of resignation in a fit of emotion
CrimeaPRESS reports:
43% of men and only 21% of women wrote resignation letters in a fit of emotion. In a survey of a service for finding high-paying jobs Superjob Economically active citizens of Crimea with work experience took part.
Every third Crimean (32%) is familiar with the situation of impulsive dismissal. As it turned out, men were significantly more likely than women to make rash decisions (43% versus 21%, respectively). The employer tried to keep almost every second (49%) who wrote a statement: “They persuaded them to stay, they argued that the situation would improve, they tried to influence them through their colleagues”; “They promised a higher position and, accordingly, a salary”,” noted the service’s press service.
As a result, every third application is voluntarily sent to the trash bin. 2 out of 3 people who are dissatisfied with the situation at work finish the job and leave the company.
The majority of those who quit rashly do not regret their decision (77%): “After quitting and defending my diploma, I was invited to a higher authority”; “The new place has significantly changed my life for the better.”
Of those who were persuaded to stay, every second (53%) did not regret it: “It’s never too late to quit, I was glad that I stayed, sometimes excessive emotions are harmful.”
