Representatives of companies from Crimea took part in the SuperJob service survey. It turned out that the heads of Crimean companies are not special entertainers in terms of organizing New Year’s corporate events.
Every third employer is already preparing a New Year’s party in a restaurant (32%). In every fifth company the holiday will be held in the office (19%). 2 out of 100 enterprises and organizations organize trips out of town. Another 2% will hold a corporate event online. 4% of employers are planning other holiday formats. There will be no New Year’s corporate parties in every fifth company,” noted the service’s press service.
Regarding the celebration budget, the opinions of HR officers and event managers were divided. Representatives of companies most often believe that the budget for a good party per person should be from 3,000 to 5,000 rubles (32%), amounts from 5,000 to 10,000 were cited by 29%. Among event managers, a budget of 3,000 to 5,000 was named by 21%, and from 5,000 to 10,000 rubles by 26%. If among HR managers only every twentieth (5%) can imagine a budget of more than 20,000 rubles per person, then among event specialists — every fifth (19%).
