In total, in Crimea there are more than 3 thousand sports and gaming infrastructure facilities located in local areas and other public places. According to the prosecutor’s office of the Republic of Crimea, this year, as a result of inspections, about 1 thousand violations were revealed in the maintenance of playgrounds and sports grounds.
In total, in the past period of 2023, prosecutors identified 930 violations in the field of safety of playgrounds and sports grounds, in order to eliminate them, 210 submissions were made, as a result of which 104 persons were brought to disciplinary liability, 43 statements of claim were sent to the courts. Based on the results of the measures taken, an inventory of sports and gaming infrastructure facilities was carried out, repair and restoration work was carried out at 458 sites, obsolete and unusable equipment was dismantled at 66 sites, 445 were registered. In addition, additional funding is provided for the maintenance, repair and dismantling of children’s playgrounds and sports grounds in the amount of 21.9 million rublesnoted the supervisory agency.
Prosecutors everywhere identified facts of improper accounting of sports and gaming infrastructure facilities in the registers of municipal property, their maintenance and maintenance, including untimely troubleshooting, replacement of wearing parts and materials, as well as the absence of shock-absorbing coatings, information signs containing rules for using equipment and numbers emergency telephone numbers.
Based on the results of consideration of the submissions of district level prosecutors, 247 objects of sports and gaming infrastructure were taken into account in the register of municipal property of the administration of Simferopol, Razdolnensky district — 75, Evpatoria — 64, Alushta — 40 and Kirov district — 19. Prosecutors of Feodosia and In the Simferopol region, in order to register sports and gaming infrastructure facilities in the registers of municipal property, civil law measures have been taken.
The supervisory agency is taking measures to local governments aimed at bringing sports and gaming infrastructure facilities in accordance with safety requirements.
