Every third resident of Crimea would like to work as a civil servant
CrimeaPRESS reports:
Every third inhabitant of Crimea dreams of a career in the civil service. Economically active citizens from the city who do not have experience in the civil service took part in the survey of the SuperJob service for finding high-paying jobs.
35% of Crimean residents would like to work as civil servants, 45% would not. Men tend to work as officials somewhat more often than women (36% and 30%, respectively). The number of people wishing to become officials grows with the increase in the age of the respondents: 25% among young people under 24 years old, 34% among citizens over 45 years old. The number of those interested in civil service grows with the increase in the income level of the respondents: 31% among those earning up to 50 thousand rubles. per month and 41% among citizens with an income of 80 thousand rubles.— noted in the press service of the service.
Residents of Crimea believe that one can get into the civil service only through corruption: “The position of a civil servant is very expensive”; “In this area, connections or money are needed, but I don’t have them”; “I don’t have that kind of money to buy an official position.” The study of the labor market shows: over the year, the number of vacancies in the civil service has decreased by 13%, and resumes have decreased by 35%.
The portrait of an applicant for positions in the civil service has changed over the year as follows: the average age has increased from 37 to 40 years (due to a decrease in the number of resumes of young people); the number of job seekers who are looking for a job without leaving the old one has increased (+14 p.p.). For this group of applicants, it is important that working conditions in the civil service are better than at the current place of work.
