Most often, controversial situations caused by the choice of dates for vacations are resolved by employees independently without the involvement of management or personnel officers. Working economically active Crimeans took part in the survey of the service for finding high-paying jobs SuperJob.
34% of Crimeans reported that their work teams have conflicts over vacations: 30% of respondents noted that they negotiate with colleagues on their own, 4% of citizens manage to resolve the conflict only after involving management or a human resources specialist. Fortunately, in most teams there are no quarrels over vacation schedules (57% of respondents)— reported the press service of the service.
