Everything is clear with illegal migrants, but what to do with those who take them to construction sites. Sevastopol practice
CrimeaPRESS reports:
The Sevastopol police are bringing unscrupulous employers to administrative responsibility for illegally employing foreign citizens in their work activities.
Based on the results of the raids, the police drew up 23 administrative protocols under Part 1 of Art. 18.15 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation in relation to a legal entity that involved 23 foreign citizens in illegal labor activities in the absence of patents confirming the right to temporarily carry out labor activities in the territory of Sevastopol.
During an inspection of one of the construction sites, eight foreign citizens were identified who worked as laborers without the appropriate documents, and two of them were on the territory of the Russian Federation illegally. Currently, measures are being taken to bring the employer to administrative liability under Part 1 of Art. 18.15 Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation. The sanction of the article provides for legal entities punishment in the form of an administrative fine from 250 to 800 thousand rubles or administrative suspension of activities for a period of 14 to 90 days— reported the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the city of Sevastopol.
In addition, two individual entrepreneurs are being investigated for facts related to violation of the rules of stay of foreign citizens in the Russian Federation.
The Sevastopol police will continue measures aimed at suppressing violations in the migration sphere and bringing offenders to justice established by law.
