Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea Mikhail Nazarov visited correctional colony No. 1 of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol (located in Simferopol). The purpose of the visit is interaction on placing orders and popularization of the production sector of correctional facilities.
Together with the management of the institution, a tour of the production areas was carried out, where they got acquainted with a wide range of products manufactured by convicts. Today, various goods are produced in the correctional facility: metal products, furniture, clothes and much more.— reports the Information Policy Department of the Ministry of Information of the Republic of Crimea.
During the visit to IK No. 1, measures were outlined related to the development of the production sector of the institution, the receipt of municipal and state orders, as well as the expansion of cooperation.
