Evgenia Arnakova from Sevastopol is the winner of the «For Safe Digital Childhood» award

Head of «IT-cube. Gagarin” Evgenia Arnakova became the winner of the Alliance for the Protection of Children in the Digital Environment “For a Safe Digital Childhood” in the “Lessons of Online Safety” nomination.
This nomination is for innovative teachers who actively introduce new teaching methods and digital technologies into the educational process and increase the digital literacy of students. In this category, 473 applications were submitted, of which 15 made it to the final. Among the finalists, Evgenia was chosen as the only winner. She received an award for developing the online course «Security on the Net» (https://stepik.org/course/109942/syllabus).
Since 2021, she has managed to prepare 6,220 students of the educational course, 455 participants in the regional online cybersecurity olympiad, and 120 finalists of the SafeZone Fest regional cybersecurity festival.
The award ceremony took place today in Moscow at the site of the Youth Internet Governance Forum (https://vk.com/cgitc_ru). The guest of honor of the event was Deputy Prime Minister of Russia Dmitry Chernyshenko.
