In 2025, there will be a sharp surge in demand for the construction of private houses in Russia. Such a forecast for the portal «Gazeta.RU» given by the director of Yandex Real Estate Evgeny Belokurov.

According to him, the main reasons for the growing popularity of individual housing construction in 2024 are the expansion of preferential mortgage programs and the possibility of independent construction at minimal cost.
The head and founder of the construction company APS DSK, Alexander Kalsin, in a conversation with a Tsian.Zhurnal correspondent, recalled that this year, on the contrary, there has been a global narrowing of mortgage programs.
