The mass distribution of IZHS can lead to the formation of low-rise ghettos around cities. This was stated by the head of the National Association of Builders Anton Glushkov at the forum of small towns in Tambov.
Now about 1.5% of developers specialize in individual housing construction. In total, there are about 3.5 thousand developers in the country. Currently, million «squares» of private houses are being built, but less than 40% of projects use a centralized approach. The rest of the houses are being built by the household method. According to Glushkov, about 90% of individual housing under construction will radically become obsolete in – years. In reality, this housing does not look like the projects presented at beautiful presentations , — notes CYAN .
In regions where there are no developers of individual housing, local authorities should regulate such construction, the head of NOSTROI believes. Glushkov fears that without a centralized approach, the creation of infrastructure around cities, new ghettos will form.
