The Office of the Federal Tax Service for Sevastopol hosted the next meeting of the interdepartmental working group with the Government of Sevastopol, which was attended by the head of the department Alexei Mola, the deputy governor of the city of Sevastopol, Alexei Parikin and Nikolai Prevkovka, as well as representatives of other structures of the city of Sevastopol, participating in the involvement of real estate into tax circulation.
The parties discussed the implementation of the “road map” on the identification of copyright holders of previously taken into account real estate and land plots used for not intended purpose, the inclusion of commercial property in the list of taxable real estate objects, as well as the results of the work on filling the state address registry with reliable information about addressing facilities located in the city of Sevastopol.
The head of the Federal Tax Service of Russia in Sevastopol Alexei Grave emphasized that the effectiveness of property tax administration directly depends on the completeness and correctness of the information identifying the real estate object. This work is promising and social in nature, allows you to realize the principle of justice on the obligation to pay taxes by all owners of real estate, and also affects the increase in the tax potential of Sevastopol and, as a result, has a positive impact on the development of the region’s economy.
State registration of rights to real estate is a legal act of recognition and confirmation of the emergence, change, transition, termination of the right of a certain person to real estate or restriction of such a right and encumbrance. The design of real estate objects, which can independently carry out each owner of real estate, will help taxpayers avoid disputed situations on copyright. The presence in the Unified State Register of Real Estate information about the copyright holder of a real estate object establishes its right to own and dispose of property and protects from fraudulent actions.
To find out about whether the rights to real estate are registered, each taxpayer can independently.
