Experts: the parameters of a new family mortgage will present by the end of March

The Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Construction and Dom.rf until March 25 will work out the expansion of a family mortgage for families with one child under 18 years of age. The relevant order to the departments and the state company was given by Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak, reports TASS.
It is expected that experts will analyze the effects of the implementation of this measure and formulate specific proposals on this topic for the government.
According to the head of the Kurmachev Real Estate Center, Artyom Kurmachev, the expansion of the age bar of children within the framework of the family mortgage will certainly affect demand, since the share of those whose children went beyond the age limits will increase.
However, you should not expect a serious surge — the vast majority of buyers have already resolved their apartment issue: both due to their own funds and alternative transactions, and with the help of family mortgages, — said Artyom Kurmachev in a conversation with a CIAN. Zhurnal correspondent.
The speaker added that the audience of the family mortgage, after adjusting the program, can grow due to the interests who look after the housing for children at growth, as well as those who, for one reason or another, did not manage to use the preferential or family mortgage, the parameters of which have previously changed.
Valery Tumin, director of the Russian market and the CIS FAM Properties, believes that the plan to expand the category of people who can use the family mortgage, has the goal of supporting developers both in current projects and in the implementation of the already built, but not yet in demand for primary housing.
In case of expansion of the category, the demand for real estate will unambiguously grow, since it will spread to single -child families with children under 18 years of age. For example, the program will help parents provide housing for children who enter into an independent life.
