Employees of the Sudak emergency rescue team «KRYM-SPAS» evacuated a teenager who overturned on an ATV in a mountainous forest area in the Sudak region.
Yesterday, at 16:05, the rescue service received a message that a teenager had flipped over on an ATV on the Echki-Dag mountain range and was injured.— the emergency department said. — The duty shift of the Sudak emergency rescue team left for the search and rescue area. Upon arrival, the rescuers began searching for the victim. As a result, the guy was found on a loose section of the southwestern slope of the Echki-Dag ridge.
Rescuers immobilized the victim using a vacuum mattress and transported him on a stretcher using mountaineering equipment along a difficult mountain path to a service vehicle. Then, the employees of «KRYM-SPAS» delivered him to the village of Solnechnaya Dolina to the place where the «Ambulance» arrived. The teenager was hospitalized. He will remember the extreme trip through the mountains on an ATV for the rest of his life.
