An individual entrepreneur of Sevastopol did not pay the salary to the employee in full, as a result of which he received an administrative fine in the amount of 20 thousand rubles.
Enforcement proceedings to recover from a citizen a fine in the amount of 20 thousand rubles, imposed as a punishment for an offense under Part 7 of Art. 5. of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (Violation of labor legislation and other regulatory legal acts containing labor law norms), was being executed by the Interdistrict Bailiff Department of the Federal Bailiff Service of Russia in Sevastopol. The bailiff informed the citizen about the initiation of enforcement proceedings against him and the enforcement measures that can be applied to him in case of non-payment of the fine , — said the press service of the UFSSP of Russia in Sevastopol.
As a result, the administrative fine was collected in full, and the enforcement proceedings were completed.
