Fairs in Crimea are good, but overpricing them is bad

Agricultural fairs were held in Simferopol. Agricultural producers brought more than 60 tons of fresh produce. The next fairs in the Crimean capital are scheduled for November 11 and 18.
According to the Ministry of Industrial Policy of the Republic of Crimea, on-site monitoring of the price situation and compliance with trade rules in retail outlets of various formats continues. According to his information, during the monitoring in Feodosia, 29 retail trade enterprises were examined in Feodosia and the village of Koktebel. During the monitoring, violations were identified at the Crimean market: lack of price tags for most goods and exceeding recommended prices. There were also no social shops in the market.
During the monitoring in the Saki region, 7 trade objects were examined in the village of Krymskoye. There was an increase in recommended prices for granulated sugar by up to 20% and borscht vegetables by 14%.
During the monitoring in the Krasnogvardeysky district, 18 trade objects of various formats in the town were examined. Oktyabrskoe, town. Krasnogvardeyskoye, village Amurskoe, village Poltava, village Petrovka. An average increase of 20% has been recorded for the recommended prices for vegetables in the borscht set.
When monitoring the price situation in Belogorsk, 10 chain and non-chain retail stores and the food market were examined. Prices at retail outlets corresponded to the recommended prices.
Explanatory work was carried out with business entities in whose activities excess prices were identified to prevent the establishment of economically unreasonable prices, mandatory compliance with trade rules and ensuring the availability of price tags for goods. This work of the Ministry of Industrial Policy of the Republic of Crimea to monitor the price situation will continue,” Yuri Gotsanyuk summed up.
