Families in Sevastopol can dispose of mother's capital to improve the living conditions through banks

CrimeaPRESS reports:

Families with a certificate for maternity capital can dispose of funds to improve their living conditions without visiting the client services of the Pension Fund.

For the convenience of citizens, the PFR has entered into information exchange agreements with 108 credit institutions so that parents can use the support measure faster and easier. Interaction has already been established with a number of branches of Sberbank, VTB, Gazprombank and many other credit organizations, including in Sevastopol with ChBR Bank and RNKB Bank. At the bank, simultaneously with the issuance of a loan for the purchase or construction of housing, an application is submitted for the disposal of maternity capital funds for the payment of the principal debt on the loan or for the down payment when obtaining a loan. That is, instead of two appeals — to the bank and the Pension Fund — it is enough for the family to apply only to the bank. Credit organizations submit applications and necessary documents to the FIU via electronic channels, which makes it possible to expedite the order, — the press service of the FIU branch in Sevastopol reported.

This year, every fourth Russian family that decided to use maternity capital to improve their living conditions used a convenient way to apply for the disposal of funds directly through the bank in which the loan is issued.

Recall that you can send funds to improve housing conditions when the child who has given the right to maternity capital turns three years old. An exception is the payment of a down payment on a housing loan or loan, as well as the direction of funds to repay loans and loans for the purchase or construction of housing. In this case, you can use the capital immediately after the birth or adoption of a child.
