Left in English: 23% of Crimeans quit without saying goodbye to anyone. Representatives of the economically active population took part in the survey of the service for finding high-paying jobs SuperJob.
Most often, when leaving work, Crimeans say goodbye to the team verbally (57% of respondents). 24% organize a treat for co-workers on their last day of work. 7% note being fired in the company of colleagues in a bar or club. Another 3% write a farewell letter. 23% do not consider it necessary to notify the team about their departure. Men have a simpler attitude towards parting with co-workers: they often leave without saying goodbye, or limit themselves to a few verbal phrases. Setting a table for colleagues and farewell parties is more about women than men,” noted the service’s press service.
