Employees of the State Traffic Safety Inspectorate of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs for the city of Evpatoria, having studied the specified video recording, established that this car is used in violation of clause 3.1 of the Russian Federation Traffic Regulations: the operating mode of external lighting devices does not meet the requirements of the vehicle design— reported the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Crimea.

The police identified the offender. He turned out to be a 36-year-old resident of the Saki district.
