This afternoon (at 15:50) an accident occurred in Simferopol in which a female pedestrian died.
The driver of the ZAZ Chance car, moving from Franko Boulevard towards Kievskaya Street, hit a pedestrian who was crossing the roadway in an unspecified place, 50 meters from the pedestrian crossing. As a result of a traffic accident, a pedestrian received injuries incompatible with life— reported the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Crimea.
State Traffic Inspectorate employees worked at the scene of the accident. An investigation into the traffic accident is underway and the circumstances of the incident are being clarified.
