Fatal accident in the Leninsky district of Crimea: a woman died under the wheels of a car

Employees of the State traffic inspectorate establish the circumstances of a fatal accident in the Leninsky district. The tragedy happened the night before (at 21:20) on the Lenino-Ilyichevo highway.

A 24-year-old driver driving a Hyundai Santa Fe from the side of Ilyichevo in the direction of the village. Lenino, allowed a collision with a 56-year-old woman who was crossing the roadway from left to right in the direction of travel in an unspecified place, in the visibility zone of a pedestrian crossing. As a result of the accident, the pedestrian died at the scene, before the arrival of an ambulance— reported in the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Republic of Crimea.

The fact of the traffic accident is being investigated, the circumstances of the incident are being established.
