The police are conducting an investigation into an accident on the Tavrida highway, which resulted in the death of a 50-year-old woman. The accident happened the day before, at 15:45 near the village of Batalnoe.
The driver, born in 1953, driving a Lada Granta car, moving from Kerch in the direction of the city of Feodosia, lost control and as a result hit an obstacle, leaving the roadway to the right with subsequent capsizing. As a result of a traffic accident, a passenger in 1974 was fatally injured. The driver and three passengers were hospitalized in a medical facility with injuries of varying severity.— reported the traffic police.
Employees of the State Traffic Inspectorate of the Leninsky District and an investigative team are working at the scene of the incident. The circumstances of the accident are currently being established and an investigation is underway.
