February 14: liquidation of the consequences of the ejection of fuel oil in Sevastopol

A group from the Sevastopol city territorial subsystem of the RSRS continued to work on the elimination of the consequences in the city. Specialists took out soil polluted with fuel oil with the beaches of ST “Coast” and “Nakhimovets”, continued monitoring the beaches of the Omega, Victory Park, the coastline of the North side and Balaklava.

On February 13, 9.3 tons of contaminated soil were taken out. For all the time of work, 674.64 tons of waste were taken out.

On February 14, the rescue service works on the beaches in the Balaklava area. Volunteers are not involved in work.

At rehabilitation in the state veterinary clinic there are 31 birds.
