Federal beneficiaries in Sevastopol will be able to pay for medicines using an electronic certificate
Krympress reports:
At a meeting of the Government of Sevastopol, under the chairmanship of Mikhail Razvozhaev, a resolution was adopted according to which the categories of citizens with federal benefits will be able to choose a new method of acquiring drugs — from May they can be purchased at any pharmacy at the expense of the electronic certificate that will enter the world card. The amount of electronic certificates can be spent on the purchase of drugs, medical devices and specialized medical food for children with disabilities.
During the meeting, the Governor of Sevastopol Mikhail Podvozhaev instructed to comprehensively monitor the situation on the introduction of electronic certificates after the system begins to test in May.
A patient receiving drugs on the federal benefit independently chooses the method of obtaining drugs: in kind or using an electronic certificate. A person has the right to abandon the electronic certificate. In this case, the electronic certificate is canceled by the Department, and the citizen receives medicines free of charge through our network of drug leave points,-quoted the press service of the Government of Sevastopol, director of the Department of Health Vitaly Denisov.
To receive an electronic certificate, you need to write a statement from a doctor indicating the data of the Mir card. The doctor loads the application to the Vitakor RMS, after which the funds are credited to the card. Payment is made in any pharmacy using a world card within the amount specified in the electronic certificate. The certificate is tied to a specific recipe and cannot be used to buy other goods.
The maximum cost of drugs paid by the electronic certificate will be determined by the Department of Health of the city of Sevastopol. For this, data on the latest purchases of drugs will be taken into account. If the drug has not been purchased earlier, the cost will be determined by analogy with the prices of similar drugs in the Southern Federal District, and in the absence of data — according to information from the Unified State Register of Medicines— said Vitaly Denisov.
This function will be available to citizens receiving medicinal support for the federal benefit:
- War disabled people;
- Participants in the Great Patriotic War;
- War veterans (according to Article 3 of the Federal Law of January 12, 1995 No. 5-ФЗ “On Veterans”);
