For simple consultations, the average term for providing assistance in handling through the POD does not exceed 5 days. In cases where the study of the investor’s documents is required, the response period can be increased to 10 days. If the appeal contains information about the violation of the rights and legitimate interests of the entrepreneur, the answer is granted up to 30 days.
