Feodosia is preparing for the holiday season

In Crimea, preparations for the holiday season are carried out as usual in accordance with the Decree of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea on the preparation and holding of the holiday season. On Friday, a trip to all the embankments took place, the state of the beach areas of the Feodosia urban district was monitored to assess their readiness. As the Minister of Resorts and Tourism of Crimea Vadim Volchenko noted, the work is being carried out with an adjustment for the weather, strong storms do not yet allow the full range of work to be carried out, however, there are comments that can already be quickly worked out and brought into line with the norms and requirements. Also, at the initiative of the Ministry of Resorts and Tourism of the Republic of Crimea, a working meeting was held in the administration of Feodosia to prepare for the holiday season following the results of the trip. The meeting discussed issues, including those related to cleaning, parking, bringing non-stationary shopping facilities to a single architectural type.

There are already terminated contracts, for example, in Koktebel and in Feodosia itself. The administration needs to use the available resources more efficiently, introduce commercial objects into the legal field, bring them to a single architectural type. Interest in Feodosia as a tourist region is growing every year and it is necessary to solve all problematic issues now in order to ensure a comfortable stay for guests and residents of Crimea in accordance with the previously approved work preparation schedule , the press service of the Minister of Resorts quotes and tourism of the Republic of Crimea Vadim Volchenko.

In addition, the minister, together with the head of the administration of Feodosia, Andrey Lebedev, visited the FTP facility in Koktebel. The main issue that was considered in the resort village was the progress in the construction of sewage treatment facilities and the restoration of a hard surface of roads after the laying of main collectors.
